CONTEXT
As part of an international project in the field of digital currency and financial services, a financial institution is looking for an AMOA / AMOE Expert with a functional focus.
The consultant will work on the management and coordination of functional documentation, as well as the monitoring of work with various European teams and partners.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Reference and structure existing functional documentation
- Propose and implement an efficient organization for document management
- Monitor the progress of deliverable production by the teams
- Coordinate the availability of documentation
- Write and update functional documentation
- Ensure exchanges with European partners
- Update and monitor Jira tickets
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with the various teams
- Participate in the coordination of work in a matrix mode
- Ensure the follow-up of actions and deliverables
- We are looking for a senior / expert profile with at least 10 years of experience in AMOA, AMOE, or functional expertise roles.

LANGUAGES
English: B2 minimum
Good oral fluency is important for exchanges with international teams and partners.
CONSTRAINTS
- Presence on-site at least 2 days per week

IDEAL PROFILE
An AMOA / AMOE Expert with strong experience in functional coordination, documentation, and project management, capable of operating in a banking, international, and complex environment.
The ability to communicate with different stakeholders, structure information, and ensure the follow-up of work will be particularly important.
