Our client in the Consumer Goods and Services sector is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead M/F

Mission Description:

Context & Environment

You will join a team at the heart of an international program migrating hotel establishments to a Cloud SaaS platform.

The context presents several specificities:

• An activity outside of classic software development: The challenge lies in configuration, rollout, and managing hotel requests.
• Run & Build: A backlog that mixes operational tasks and evolutions.
• Product & Tech Organization: two complementary teams, Product and Tech, collaborate to ensure the delivery of the platform.
• Bilingual environment: The team works in French and English. Proficiency in English is indispensable.

In this context, we are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead capable of improving the fluidity and predictability of delivery, by building practices adapted to the context rather than applying a standard framework.

Missions & Responsibilities

1. Streamline Delivery

• Identify and make visible blockers and dependencies.
• Adapt working methods to the reality of the team.
• Reduce carry-over by improving the breakdown and sizing of topics.

1. Improve Predictability

• Implement a culture of useful measurement.
• Support the team toward realistic collective commitments.

1. Structure dependencies and prioritization

• Clarify the impact of external dependencies and facilitate escalations.
• Support prioritization with Product and Tech managers.
• Emerge collective objectives to strengthen teamwork.

1. Transfer and develop autonomy

• Explain the "why" before the "how."
• Adapt rituals to their actual utility.
• Move the team toward greater autonomy.

Required Profile

Experience & expertise

• At least 5 years of experience in delivery support, flow improvement, or transformation of working methods.
• Significant experience in complex and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent professional English, both spoken and written.

Posture & soft skills

• Ability to make problems visible with clarity and pedagogy.
• Comfort with ambiguity and environments where the framework is to be built.
• Excellent facilitation, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and cultures.
• Desire to make the team autonomous, without creating dependency on the role.

What we are NOT looking for

• A delivery manager who substitutes themselves for the team in daily management.
• A consultant who limits themselves to a diagnosis or recommendations, without supporting their implementation.
• A profile more focused on indicators than on understanding the field.
• A SAFe or "by the book" Agile profile, seeking to deploy a standard framework rather than building practices adapted to the context.

Technical & Organizational Environment

• Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• International context.

Indispensable Skills / Qualities:

At least 5 years of experience in delivery support, flow improvement, or transformation of working methods, - Significant experience in complex and multi-stakeholder environments, - Fluent professional English, both spoken and written.
