1. Develop, optimize, and monitor manufacturing/process systems to improve productivity and reduce rejection
2. Verify the drawing revision with the engineering and customer requirements, create the Material Request Form, and create the Process Traveler as needed.
3. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
4. Prepare and maintain process documentation , WI
5. Evaluate the needs for new products and direct manufacturing processes in accordance with the process document.
6. Analyze customer specifications, engineering drawings, and technical requirements to prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations for machinery and equipment
7. Calculate accurate costs for materials, labor, assembly, and installation based on project scope, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive in the market
8. Act as the main point of contact for clients during the quoting process. Address technical inquiries, provide clarifications, and negotiate pricing and terms as required
9. Provide technical assistance to the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders by interpreting engineering documents, offering product solutions, and resolving technical issues
