TECHNICIAN

Key deliverables :

Perform scheduled maintenance including cleaning of beer coolers and draught beer parts and fittings

Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot the draught system on poor pouring or dispensing issues. Rectify issue and ensure the draught system are back in good operating condition.

Communicate effectively with customers on technical issues and provide recommendations.

Maintain and submit records of field activities, including cleaning schedules, repairs, and service calls.

Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

• Experience with Aircon or refrigeration repair and maintenance will be an advantage
• Must possess a Class 3 driving license
• Possess good customer service
• Experience using hand tools (drill, faucet wrench, screwdrivers, crimpers, etc.)
