Warehouse Supervisor

Your tasks

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Manage and allocate manpower according to daily workload and delivery requirements.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately checked and recorded.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support monthly stocktake with Finance.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and wastage, and take corrective action.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared on time for delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Drivers, Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Production teams.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper storage practices are maintained.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and monitor attendance, productivity and work performance.
• Ensure all warehouse records and system entries are updated accurately and on time.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure company SOPs, safety requirements and food-handling procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team-lead role.
• Experience in food, FMCG, fresh produce or cold-chain operations is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Able to manage manpower and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer/WMS knowledge.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
