Responsibilities and assignments

• Provide technical support to users, solving problems related to hardware and software.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment.
• Configure local networks and ensure device connectivity.
• Manage virtualization and cloud computing environments.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
• Assist in database administration and information security.
• Collaborate with the team in web development and the implementation of agile methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure rapid problem resolution.

Requirements and qualifications

• Technical course in IT or degree in Information Technology.
• IT certifications will be considered a differentiator.
• Knowledge in virtualization, user support, operating systems, network configuration, hardware maintenance, and software installation.
• Familiarity with databases, information security, web development, and cloud computing.
• Intermediate English for technical reading and comprehension.
• Behavioral skills such as teamwork, communication, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
