Responsibilities and duties

• Perform contractual risk analysis
• Prepare legal opinions
• Draft and analyze contracts with various levels of complexity
• Provide legal guidance on contracts to the company's internal departments
• Handle contract tickets on the legal platform
• Draft standard contractual templates and/or review standard templates to meet business needs
• Review and draft contractual templates, notifications, terminations, addenda, etc.
• Interact with internal areas in a constantly evolving environment

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Law
• OAB registration
• Postgraduate degree in Contract Law
• Experience in a law firm
• Knowledge of English
• Proactivity
• Organization
• Teamwork and autonomy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
