Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform administrative activities such as file organization and schedule control
• Answer telephone calls and provide customer service
• Use Pacote Office for the preparation of documents and spreadsheets
• Work in a team to ensure the smooth functioning of the administrative sector
• Demonstrate proactivity and resilience in the face of daily challenges

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed High School and a technical course in Administração
• Knowledge of management systems and good writing skills
• Basic English for communication
• Ability in effective communication and organization
• Ability to work in a team and deal with diverse situations
