Responsibilities and assignments

Role: INTERNAL AUDITOR JR. The objective of the internal audit area is to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of the company's operations. This involves preventing financial losses resulting from inefficiencies, deviations, or fraud, as well as maximizing revenue through the identification of improvement opportunities. Through detailed analysis of large volumes of data, we identify anomalous and undesirable behaviors, allowing for the early detection of irregularities and the prevention of fraud involving employees, third parties, or customers. Our analyses provide a holistic view of operations, facilitating the identification of patterns that may indicate potential risks to the company. In short, our work aims to protect and strengthen the company's assets, contributing to its long-term sustainability and growth. We ensure that all resources are used efficiently and that risks are managed effectively.

Responsibilities and assignments

• The analyst will be responsible for conducting complete audits, from planning, execution, and the final report;
• Propose and perform audit tests on key company processes;
• Prepare reports and executive presentations on audit results, including facts, risks, causes, and recommendations for corrective actions;
• Maintain open, clear, and constructive communication with the areas involved in audit projects;
• Identify new monitoring scenarios in processes and controls that may result in gains and minimize losses;
• Translate the reality and demands of business areas into data analyses;
• Perform complex data analysis through Data Analytics;
• Organize and present insights derived from the studies conducted to the business areas;
• Develop action plans in collaboration with business areas to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies, focusing on resolving root causes and monitoring unresolved or inherent process deficiencies.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements

• Completed higher education, or in progress, in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
• Analytical profile with sharp logical reasoning, initiative, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly;
• Ability to translate and resolve business problems;
• Advanced Excel;
• Basic English;
• Basic or intermediate knowledge in programming languages such as Python and SQL;
• Experience using Data Analytics tools such as SAS Guide, Knime, and AWS.
