*Responsibilities*

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other construction professionals to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation processes.
• Utilize welding techniques where necessary to join metal pipes or components securely.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes.

*Requirements*

• Licensed plumber with a valid trade ticket in good standings with Skilled Trades Ontario
• Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and assembly techniques.
• Valid Drivers License
• Experience in the service sector
• Clean, Punctual, and dependable
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills with coworkers and customers
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Experience with wells and well pumps is an asset, as is basic principals of septic systems

Pay: $35.00-$47.00 per hour
