Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly according to service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
- Manage service recovery and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to maintain smooth and efficient service.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service SOPs.
- Lead and supervise service staff during shift operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior
