Your tasks
Reporting to the Strategy and Development Department, the Data Lab brings together Data Science, AI, and Software Engineering skills to design, develop, and deploy operational solutions that improve the company's processes, products, and services.
The Data Lab seeks to implement development best practices, primarily in Python but also in React and Java, and manages CI/CD pipelines to deploy applications and APIs on Docker/Kubernetes infrastructures, on Apache Airflow, and in the Cloud.
Projects are numerous and varied with short development timelines and concrete implementations, for example:
- Information extraction from images and documents
- Open-data integration and web-scraping
- Construction and exploitation of graph databases
- Search engine specialized in company identification
- Data valuation API for large international clients
- You develop solutions deployed on our container infrastructures or in the cloud, and you set up production monitoring
- You propose technical solutions and participate in technology monitoring
Requirements
You are preparing for an Engineering degree or equivalent This opportunity is made for you!
What we are looking for
- Initial experience in Python application development with high quality standards and the implementation of best practices
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in using SQL and NoSQL databases
- Autonomy, curiosity, and rigor
What will make the difference
- Implementation of monitoring dashboards (Kibana, Grafana)
- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes deployment
- Design of application architectures with high availability
- Skills in data science oriented libraries (e.g. Pandas)
- Knowledge of Linux administration
- Application deployment in the cloud and infrastructure-as-code
- Front-end programming (React or Angular or Vue.js…)
