Within the Investment, Financing and Corporate Finance Department, integrated into the Group Finance Department, you will provide support to the Corporate Finance pole on the following missions:

Contribution to recurring missions: Financial analysis of M&A investment opportunities (mainly majority stakes) in an international context Financial modeling and valuation of potential targets (DCF, trading and transaction comparables, etc.) Preparation of investment memos and other presentations for the Group Executive Committee Participation in due diligence work Monitoring trends in the Group's main business sectors (credit insurance, business information, etc.) and macro-economic data relevant to our activities. Contribution to ad-hoc missions: Internal restructurings (liquidation, creation, merger of entities): Identification of reorganization needs, scenario modeling, and coordination with stakeholders Annual performance of asset impairment and goodwill tests (DCF & NAV)

You are preparing a Master's in finance, Financial Engineering within a University, IAE or a Business School. This opportunity is made for you!
