Integrated into the sales department, and within the Gestion Direct pole, you will provide support for missions aimed at improving customer satisfaction and portfolio development, and support the Mid Market direct Account manager team in its functions and in the transformation of certain contracts to a new range of contracts. The internship is to be filled in Bois-Colombes or Lyon. In this capacity, your main missions will be: Manage, in support of the account manager, the relationship with Mid-Market clients in credit insurance. Follow-up on the implementation of new contracts. Preparation of renewals and transformations of contracts. Preparation of exceptional requests. Perform the pricing of commercial offers via our underwriting tools.
Manage flows and relations with other Coface departments (underwriting, arbitration, contractual management, customer relations service, marketing, litigation). Follow-up of commercial activity and reporting. Update and analysis of dashboards for management. CRM, management processes.
Assistance in the transformation of certain current contracts towards a new pricing and contractual management tool: On the autonomy tool, in consultation with the Account manager, preparation of the transformations of the concerned contracts. Perform the pricing to be submitted to underwriting. Requests and follow-up with contractual management regarding contract amendments to be issued on the new version of contracts.
You are preparing a Bac+3 or a Master's degree within a University, IAE or a Business School. This opportunity is made for you!
