- Internal communication in Colombia
- Support for company areas in the creation of pieces and communications, both internal and external
- Customer relationship management through the customer service mailbox
- Monitoring of the customer service mailbox according to SAC metrics
- In charge of driving environmental responsibility initiatives in the region
- Creation of prospecting material
- Updating internal material according to brand guidelines
- Ensuring the company image, the use of the logo, colors, and communications
- Creating and supporting initiatives together with the Human Resources area
- Professional in communication, audiovisual, marketing, or related careers.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Communications, audiovisual Design, writing, media knowledge, internal communication, customer service, social media management.
- Intermediate-Advanced English level.
