Operational Excellence and Credit Risk Analysis

  • Perform comprehensive buyer assessments through DRA A and DRA C reviews, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of information, and actively coordinating with stakeholders to obtain pending documentation and data.
  • Conduct in-depth telephone interviews and face-to-face visits to buyers and counterparties to collect financial, commercial, and operational information, as well as to clarify specific aspects related to credit risk.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze complementary information from various sources, including financial statements, sector reports, market intelligence, media monitoring, and external databases, in order to strengthen the risk assessment.
  • Prepare debtor analysis reports integrating qualitative and quantitative assessment based on public and private sources, interviews with management, and financial reviews, providing clear, solid, and well-founded credit recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor sensitive and high-risk sectors, identifying emerging trends and issuing early warnings when significant changes are detected that could affect buyer solvency.
  • Supervise the identification, escalation, and follow-up of adverse information and risk alerts from information providers, third-party sources, or insured parties, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of credit information databases through the timely updating of financial information, corporate structures, corporate links, and other relevant records.
  • Design and implement action, monitoring, and risk mitigation plans for the assigned buyer portfolio, in coordination with Underwriting and other involved areas, with the aim of minimizing exposure to defaults.
  • Provide interregional operational and analytical support to other affiliated entities and international business centers, including BCP and other regions when required.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Establish and maintain proactive interaction schemes with the Underwriting and Information teams to ensure alignment regarding portfolio evolution, risk exposures, and strategic priorities.
  • Timely communicate to Underwriters any relevant fact or adverse information that may impact risk exposure and require a credit review.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with information providers and external partners to ensure data quality, service effectiveness, and compliance with agreed standards.
  • University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk analysis, solvency assessment, or granting credit lines.
  • Advanced proficiency in English - 100% oral and written.
  • Knowledge in financial analysis, ability to interpret financial statements, and formulate recommendations for decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
