MISSION:
Responsible for the retention and development of ongoing relationships between Coface and its key clients in order to:
- Secure the existing business with the clients and grow the accounts by penetrating more volume from the key clients
- Play a key role between the key clients and internal cross functions to provide high standard service to the clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems as indicated by clients or partners;
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services;
- Be in contact with clients and partners on product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, and providing the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution;
- Timely resolution of customer grievances in Turnaround time indicated in contracts;
- Coordinate with Legal / Compliance departments in resolution of regulator complaints;
- Deliver to clients and partners final Contracts, Endorsements, and invoices and handle any questions related to these documents;
- Follow up with clients on actual usage of reports and discuss potential increase of new reports;
- Prepare presentations, Graphs and analytical reports as required;
- Be responsible for negotiations with clients on renewal of contracts and pricing;
- Responsible for derogation request if required on products, contracts and pricing.
TECHNICAL:
- Demonstrates proactive attitude with client Focus
- Demonstrate ability to complete task accurately and on time with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrates teamwork both with function and across functions to achieve the overall company goals
- Able to understand the problem and effectively communicate the solution to the commercials/customers
- Sound knowledge about the process and guidelines and the requirements of the commercials/ clients
- To pursue continuous improvement by seeking ways to develop products, services or processes for increased efficiency or effectiveness, regardless of where the product, service or process started.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels across the region
- Provide input to ensure ongoing improvements and developments of existing workflows for the commercial team
- Beneficial to have certificate or degree in Finance / Management or related disciplines.

- Experience in Financial/ Business Information industry
- Min 5 years Client services or Account management background
