Quality Manager - Member of the CODIR (M/F)

Our Client is an industrial player located in the southern Grenoble region. For its production site of 70 people, we are recruiting a Quality Manager (M/F) in a context of investment and transformation.

A true leader bringing the Quality function to the field, your role is to drive the site's Quality policy by being a driver and a support for your team to assist operations, supervise internal quality, and manage the quality system through daily quality actions, improvement projects, and the site's challenges to be met.

Your missions:

Through your posture as a communicator, facilitator, and supervisor, you will ensure:

• Quality animation by monitoring the complete process (supplier, internal, customer) alongside operations (handling non-conformities and deviations, conducting audits, qualifying new products, monitoring corrective actions, implementing procedures, evolving existing processes...) by acting transversally and in support.
• Quality development through awareness-raising and supporting teams in the field, paying attention to production expectations, optimizing the management of daily animations, clarifying procedures, and creating a dynamic for operational monitoring (...) all within a change management framework.
• The quality approach through the implementation of reaction modes, the development of fundamentals, more efficient non-conformity management and problem analysis, the application of quality and problem-solving tools (...) in coherence with the site's quality management system (certifications).

The profile:

• At least 7 years of operational experience across a full scope of Quality.
• Knowledge of demanding industrial environments, predominantly mechanical.
• Mastery of the normative framework, quality tools/methods, indicators, and English.
