Lab Assistant
Pick and pack optical products accurately according to invoices, orders, and delivery requirements. Receive, check, sort, and store incoming frames, lenses, accessories, and other optical products.
Handle inbound and outbound stock movements accurately.
Perform stock replenishment and maintain proper inventory arrangement.
Conduct stock counts and assist with regular inventory checks and audits.
Ensure products are packed securely and labelled correctly before delivery to stores or customers.
Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and movement of goods.
Check products for damage, discrepancies, missing items, or incorrect quantities and report issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organisation of the work area.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
Support daily lab, warehouse, logistics, and operational activities as required.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements Minimum secondary education, N/O Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, packing, inventory, production, laboratory operations, or a similar environment is advantageous.
Fresh graduates and candidates without optical industry experience are welcome to apply.
Able to perform picking, packing, sorting, and stock-handling duties.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling products and orders.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, and handling goods during the shift.
Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends , based on the assigned shift.

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
