We are currently retained on an exclusive search to recruit a General Manage r to lead and scale the operations, business growth, and P&L of an established ship agency in Singapore. Key Highlights of the Role: 🔸Oversee daily agency operations, vessel husbandry, crew changes, and port services. 🔸Lead business development initiatives, manage client relationships with shipowners/managers, and negotiate agency agreements. 🔸Drive overall P&L, budget performance, and operational cost efficiency. 🔸Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing operations team.
