We are looking for an experienced Interior Outfitting Design Lead to be responsible for the technical design of accommodation, passenger, and working spaces, as well as the coordination of different design disciplines for our client in the Turku region.

You will get to work on diverse international projects that combine architecture, technical design, construction, and project management.

In your role, you will be responsible for

Design and coordination of interior and accommodation solutions

Management of project quality, budget, and schedule

Preparation of technical specifications and execution documentation

Cost calculation of interior solutions

Preparation and monitoring of design schedules

Coordination of interfaces between different design disciplines

Cooperation with customers, authorities, shipyards, and suppliers

Technical guidance of 2D and 3D design models

Technical support for procurement

Quality assurance, inspections, and testing

Development of new materials, solutions, and operating methods.

Surface materials and interior solutions

Insulation and floor structures.

We expect from you

Several years of experience in interior, accommodation, ship, or offshore design

Strong technical expertise in interior and outfitting solutions

Experience in project management and coordination

Knowledge of international standards and regulations

Understanding of offshore and marine industry requirements

AutoCAD skills

Experience with 3D design tools, such as AVEVA E3D/PDMS, SolidWorks, or PLM/PDM environments

Strong problem-solving and cooperation skills

Fluent English language skills
