Software Engineer Intern

Internship Duration : Full time 6-month period, from Q3 2027

As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll be part of a hands-on engineering team building robust software systems and integrating practical AI capabilities into real-world applications. You’ll gain experience developing modern software solutions while learning how AI features are designed, built, and deployed in enterprise environments. You’ll get to explore, prototype, and implement solutions that streamline work and bring real value to the organisation. What To Expect: Design, develop, and prototype modern full-stack web applications and backend services using contemporary frameworks. Build reusable platform foundations and common services, including shared libraries, UI templates, and modules that accelerate product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact business areas where AI can drive efficiency and innovation. Develop and integrate intelligent features into software products, including LLM-driven text extraction, interactive assistants, and structured data generation. Support the full lifecycle of end-to-end software and AI implementation from ideation and proof-of-concept to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Stay curious about emerging AI and software development trends, sharing insights and experimental findings with the wider team.

Requirements

During the internship, you will get to learn and experience: How to apply software engineering fundamentals (modular design, API design, debugging, and testing) when building enterprise-grade and AI-enabled systems. Hands-on experience developing full-stack web applications and reusable platform services, and integrating modern AI models and APIs into functional software products. Practical skills in integrating LLM APIs and leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate software development workflows. An introduction to secure and reliable software development, including data protection, containerization best practices, and understanding system and AI limitations.
