CodeValue is looking for a Communications Infrastructure Consultant (Communication, IT, and Information Systems)!

Role Essence: Professional guidance and engineering consultancy in the fields of communications infrastructure (communication infrastructure, IT, server farms, railway systems, information systems, etc.). The role includes reviewing and analyzing technical documents, formulating professional opinions, examining technological solutions, and supporting planning, establishment, and integration processes of operational and organizational systems.

• Proven professional experience of at least 7 years in consulting, planning, characterization, or project guidance in the fields of active/passive communication infrastructure.
• Understanding and experience working with communication systems and operational support systems in transportation, infrastructure, or critical systems environments.
• Knowledge and understanding in the fields of railway communication infrastructure and/or similar systems, including signaling systems, security systems, passenger information and display systems, passenger systems, and other operational systems.
• Understanding of server farms, IT and server infrastructure, storage, inter-system communication, and virtualization environments.
• Experience or familiarity with systems analysis and interfaces between different systems, including integration between technological systems.
• Knowledge and understanding in the fields of information security and cyber, with an emphasis on infrastructural environments and critical systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and review technical documents and produce professional opinions.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and with multiple interfaces.
• Initiative, personal responsibility, order, and the ability to lead tasks independently.
• High level of expression in writing and speech.
• Good command of English, including reading and writing technical documents.

Advantages:

• Previous experience in projects in the fields of railways, light rail, public transportation, or national infrastructure.
• Experience working with public, governmental bodies, or infrastructure companies.
• Familiarity with OT systems and IT/OT integrated environments.
• Experience in examining specifications, characterization documents, technical design, and tender documents.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Master's degree in a relevant field – an advantage.
