Product Development Engineer in Industry (M/F)

Your mission Within the R&D / Bureau d'Études department, your ultimate goal is to design, define, and manage the design and development work of new products or industrial processes, from the analysis of needs to validation. You will work on innovative projects in close connection with internal teams and external partners.

Your main responsibilities Based on a specification and technical data defined by the project unit, you will be required to: Design and develop new products or industrial processes Perform improvement or correction studies on existing products Conduct applied research and technical developments Manage and secure testing and validation phases Ensure regulatory monitoring of applicable standards Write technical specifications and cahiers des charges Organize and lead internal project meetings Identify and implement necessary corrective actions Guarantee the technical traceability of projects Evaluate the economic relevance and return on investment of proposed solutions

Environment & interactions You will work in close collaboration with: The Bureau d'Études teams (mechanical, electronic, laboratory) The Responsable Projet The Achats, Qualité, and Production departments Production operators Suppliers Hierarchical reporting: Responsable R&D / Bureau d'Études.

Profile sought Engineering degree in mechanical design or equivalent Experience in product or industrial process development Mastery of the prototype design process Strong analytical and synthesis skills Rigor and organizational skills Ability to conduct applied research Good mastery of writing cahiers des charges Ability to evaluate a return on investment Operational technical English Adaptability and collaborative spirit
