ETL Developer

esign, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines.

Extract data from databases, APIs, flat files, and other data sources.

Perform data transformation, cleansing, validation, and integration.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

Work with data warehouses and ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data-related issues.

Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.

Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.

Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Prepare technical documentation for ETL processes, mappings, workflows, and data models.

Participate in deployment, testing, and production support activities.

Have experience as ETL Developer/ Data Engineer with 3+ years’ experience

Have a great knowledge and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL

Have a great knowledge and proficiency in python

Having experience or knowledge related to fuzzy string matching is a plus

Have experience with cloud platform and/or its services, such as AWS, AWS Glue, RDS, etc

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good technical communication skills for collaboration with data teams and architects

Proactive in finding solutions and improving system performance

Accustomed to working in an Agile/Scrum environment
