Job Title: Sales Executive

Company: CODACA ELECTRONIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,800 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic components based on product applications and specifications.
  • Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate product specifications, pricing and delivery requirements with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through quotation, order confirmation and delivery.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and provide timely follow-up on customer issues.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers and internal teams to support order fulfilment.
  • Conduct customer visits and support business development activities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in electronics, industrial products or a related B2B industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and business partners.
  • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage the sales process from initial enquiry to order fulfilment.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate product specifications or technical requirements effectively with customers and suppliers.
  • Experience in B2B sales, technical sales or industrial/electronic components will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally/overseas for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
