Finance & Accounting Manager

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager with experience and an understanding of the restaurant business to oversee the overall finance and accounting functions, while elevating the efficiency of cost management and business performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall accounting and finance functions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and systematic processes.
2. Prepare and analyze Financial Reports, P&L, Cash Flow, and Budget.
3. Control and analyze Food Cost, Labor Cost, Inventory, and Operating Cost.
4. Oversee Tax, Auditing, and Internal Control.
5. Analyze business performance and present information to executives to support decision-making.
6. Manage and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

Work with the Operations and Purchasing teams to control costs and increase efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting. Experience in the Restaurant / F&B / Hospitality / Retail business. Knowledge of Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Control; understanding of P&L, Food Cost, Inventory, and Cash Flow. Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing. Analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
