*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on patient education, preventive care, and collaboration with the dental team to promote optimal oral health.
*Duties*
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Assess and document patients' oral health status, including periodontal conditions and treatment needs.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff, and if required, consult and collaborate with other colleagues.
*Qualifications*
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
