The Area of Responsibility

• Responsibility for the strategic control and value development of residential real estate portfolios
• Development, implementation, and continuous review of property and portfolio strategies in the residential segment
• Analysis of existing portfolios including profitability calculations, scenario analyses, and performance monitoring
• Preparation, support, and follow-up of investment-relevant decisions including Capex planning
• Control and monitoring of external service providers such as Property Management and technical service providers
• Preparation of decision-relevant documents and reportings for investors and internal committees
• Identification of optimization potential as well as participation in acquisition and sale processes in the residential real estate sector

The Requirement Profile

• Completed studies in real estate management, business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in the Asset Management of residential real estate or in the management of real estate portfolios
• Confident handling of real estate industry key figures, common MS-Office applications, and ideally real estate software
• Very good analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of the English language
