Senior Executive, Talent Development and Employee Experience

Role Purpose

This position plays a key role in outlining and executing a strategic human resources framework focused on cultivating company culture, strengthening workforce capability, and optimizing the full employee journey. The incumbent will design leadership frameworks, internal communications, and digital learning to drive engagement and operational effectiveness.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities Essential

• A minimum of 4 years working experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development and Employee Experience
• Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
• Knowledge of Vietnam labour and Insurance laws
• Strong project management and workshop facilitation abilities
• Proficient in Power Automate and Power BI
