*Position Overview:* We?re currently hiring a *Retail Sales Associate* to join our team. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate brings strong retail liquor knowledge, sales experience, and a customer-first attitude. A background in WSET (Level 2 or 3) is highly valued.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Engage customers with expert wine recommendations based on taste, budget, and occasion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Assist with receiving and restocking inventory
- Operate POS systems and process transactions efficiently
- Promote weekly features and in-store promotions
- Support the team in delivering a premium customer experience
*Qualifications:*
- Strong wine, spirits, and beer knowledge (WSET candidates will have a strong preference)
- Retail sales experience, ideally in liquor or specialty retail
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- Comfortable lifting boxes and standing for extended periods
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
*Availability Requirements:*
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Minimum of *two shifts per week from Friday?Sunday*
