LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST I

Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:

1. Conducting water pollution control activities;

1. Preparing reports on water and waste water samples submitted to the laboratory;

1. Undertaking microbiological examination of water;

1. Storing laboratory specimens and equipment;

1. Monitoring water quality and safety;

1. Maintaining records and orders of supplies for chemicals, reagents, glassware, apparatusand consumable;
