Project Quality Manager M/F

Within our Industry & Services Business Unit, we develop and manufacture high technical value-added equipment in the fields of space, semiconductors, industrial subcontracting, and large scientific instruments for major international customers.

Here is the mission:

Reporting to the Director of the Industry & Services BU, you will be responsible for coordinating project quality to ensure that the services provided meet the Client's quality requirements and the internal quality framework. The projects involve mechanical components combining welding and large-scale, high-precision mechanics, particularly for the scientific instruments and space industries.

To succeed in this position, you will need to:

• Be the guarantor of compliance with customer quality requirements and internal provisions throughout each project;
• Be the guarantor of the quality organization defined in each project and its effectiveness in consistency with the QHSE management system;

• Be the interface for quality aspects with customers and project teams within the BU;
• Manage inspections and visits from customers and third parties;

• Establish product acceptance files and declare product conformity with respect to customer and regulatory requirements;
• Manage non-conformities and product & process malfunctions;

• Manage critical points/risks of the project and ensure the implementation of identified risk reduction actions;
• Raise awareness and train different business stakeholders on the specific project context;

• Participate in the continuous improvement of projects and processes.

What we are looking for in you:

• Engineer training with a focus on Mechanics / Welding;
• Proven experience (+5 years) in quality management on projects within an industrial context;

• Fluent English is essential;
• An ability to collaborate with the various stakeholders of the company (purchasing, production, projects, etc.);

• A strong interest in technical subjects.

Your knowledge of the industrial environment, your rigor and persuasion skills, as well as your ability to work in a team, will be major assets.
