• Plan, prepare, and conduct high-quality, dynamic, and efficient in-person English classes, following the institution's methodology and pedagogical guidelines;
• Ensure punctuality at the beginning and end of classes, as well as attendance and compliance with established schedules;
• Comply with the planning and schedules defined for each class, respecting the planned content, proficiency level, and student profile;
• Conduct classes in a dynamic and participatory manner, stimulating English communication, interaction, and student engagement;
• Correctly perform roll call and record student attendance in all classes;
• Record and keep class diaries updated, including taught content and other relevant information about the classes and class development;
• Apply and correct homework, activities, and written and oral assessments, providing clear and constructive feedback to students;
• Within established deadlines, perform the entry of grades, assessments, tasks, attendance, and other academic information into the school management system;
• Deliver report cards, reports, and other requested pedagogical documents within the established deadlines;
• Continuously monitor student performance, participation, attendance, and evolution, identifying difficulties and communicating relevant situations to the pedagogical coordination;
• Encourage students to use the pedagogical resources and tools provided by the institution, such as CNA Net, demonstrating their use and stimulating the completion of complementary activities;
• Ensure the organization of the classroom environment and the correct use of the provided materials, equipment, and pedagogical resources;
• Maintain a welcoming and professional posture, contributing to a respectful, positive, and motivating learning environment;
• Maintain close and collaborative communication with the pedagogical coordination and other team members;
• Participate in pedagogical meetings, training, capacity building, events, and other institutional activities when requested;
• Comply with the pedagogical and administrative procedures, guidelines, and standards established by the institution, demonstrating commitment to teaching quality and the student experience.

• Advanced mastery of the English language, with excellent oral and written communication and confidence in the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing;
• Good teaching skills, communication, poise, and ease in conducting classes in an in-person environment;
• Ease in creating bonds and establishing a positive relationship with students, maintaining a welcoming, professional, and motivating posture;
• Ability to work with different age groups and proficiency levels, adapting class conduction to the characteristics and needs of each class;
• Ease in following methodology, planning, schedules, and guidelines from the pedagogical coordination;
• Organization, responsibility, commitment, punctuality, and attendance;
• Knowledge and familiarity with educational technology and digital tools used to support the teaching and learning process;
• Availability to participate in training, meetings, capacity building, and pedagogical events promoted by the institution;
• Openness to receiving feedback, learning, and continuously seeking professional and pedagogical development;
• Previous experience as an English teacher in language schools or educational institutions will be considered a differentiator;
• Completed or ongoing degree in Letras, Pedagogy, Translation, or related areas will be considered a differentiator;
• International proficiency certifications, such as Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalents, will be considered a differentiator.
