The firm, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (700 pers.), is looking for a senior Business developer to strengthen its Business Development team.

Mission

You will carry out your missions under the responsibility of the Director of Business Development and will work in support of the Business Development team, and will be more specifically in charge of several expertises and sector groups of the firm.

In this capacity, your role will include:

  • the coordination of responses to panels and calls for tender and the preparation of client presentations;
  • the management of the relationship and administrative follow-up of the main clients in these practices, in connection with the partners in charge of the relationship;
  • the coordination of submissions for professional guides and magazines (notably Chambers and Legal 500);
  • the monitoring of business development actions of the international CMS practices and sector groups;
  • conducting market/sector monitoring and portfolio analysis;
  • participating in the development of BD plans for these practices and sector groups;
  • the management of specific local or international projects.

In a more transverse manner, you will:

  • actively support the various activities, the updating and development of tools, and the monitoring and assessment of BD activities;
  • participate in any reflection/project aimed at improving (a) the marketing and business development processes and practices implemented by the team and the visibility of the team to its internal stakeholders;
  • may coordinate programs such as client satisfaction surveys and the monitoring of the relationship with one or more key accounts.

These missions will be carried out in interaction with the various members of the marketing and communication department, lawyers, other functional departments of the firm, and more broadly, the international CMS teams.

Profile

With higher education from a law faculty, ideally completed by a specialization in IEP, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in structures operating in the field of intellectual services (ideally in consulting or in a law firm).

You possess a good economic culture and wish to develop your BD skills in the legal universe.

You master office tools for which you demonstrate agility and have a fluent level in English.
