Our banking and financial law department is looking for a lawyer to join its securitization and structured finance team, with 0 to 3 years of experience.

Mission

Your future team is a benchmark in securitization and structured finance operations (acquisition finance, corporate finance, Fiducie, New Money/Distressed) for a clientele of French and international banks and large corporate groups.

The team's activity is essentially transactional but also includes a component of regulatory advice and litigation.

The team is composed of people committed to providing their clients with high-quality services, and convinced that legal rigor and each individual's personalized contribution to team building are the source of the greatest successes.

Profile

• You have between 0 to 3 years of professional practice;
• Holder of the CAPA and a Master 2 in business law and/or banking and financial law;
• Additional training (notably in a business school) would be appreciated;
• Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory (experience abroad would be a plus).
