Responsible Site Manager

We are looking for a RESPONSIBLE SITE MANAGER to work on an industrial project in Lohja. The work begins in 09-10/2026 and lasts approximately 18 months.

Your tasks include:

Leading construction work in a responsibility role according to the Building Act

Managing the overall construction site as well as ensuring schedule, quality, and safety

Maintaining contact with authorities and participating in inspections

Directing subcontractors, supervision, and ensuring operations according to contracts

Maintaining documentation and reporting to the project organization

Expectations:

Previous experience in similar roles in industrial projects

Education as a Master Builder or Civil Engineer

Good knowledge of the Building Act and regulations

Ability to lead the construction site independently and responsibly, as well as manage larger entities

Good IT skills

Moderate English language skills

We will arrange accommodation from the work site if necessary.
