Electrical Supervisor
CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for an electrical supervisor to work on an industrial construction project in Jyväskylä.
In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision of the building's electrical technical works. You will monitor the quality of implementation, compliance with plans and progress, and collaborate with electrical contractors, designers, site management, and other building technology sectors.
Your tasks include among other things
- supervision of electrical technical works and installations on-site
- monitoring the quality of implementation and compliance with plans
- monitoring the progress of electrical contractors' work
- reviewing electrical technical plans and drawings
- supporting the handling of technical questions and changes arising on-site
- coordinating electrical technical works with other construction and building technology works
- monitoring inspections, testing, and commissioning-related tasks
- documentation and reporting of observations, deviations, and site progress
We hope from you
- suitable technical education in the electrical field
- previous experience in similar electrical supervision roles in construction projects
- a good understanding of the electrical technical systems of properties and their implementation
- the ability to read and interpret electrical technical plans and drawings
- good IT and reporting skills
- good English language skills
Experience in technically demanding construction or premises projects is considered an advantage.
Accommodation and project-related travel arrangements can be arranged through CMS upon separate agreement.
