Construction Supervisor

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for construction supervisors for our client's industrial project in the Oulu region.

In this role, you will work as part of a project organization and be responsible, on your part, for the supervision of construction and earthworks on the construction site. You will monitor the progress, quality, and compliance with plans of the work, and work in close cooperation with contractors, site management, and other project stakeholders.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• supervision of construction and earthworks on the construction site
• monitoring the progress, quality, and compliance of the work with plans

• monitoring and coordinating the work of contractors within your area of responsibility
• documentation of work stages, inspections, and observations

• monitoring potential deviations and deficiencies and ensuring their rectification
• following plans, drawings, and other technical documentation

• reporting on the progress of the construction site
• cooperation with site management, contractors, and other project stakeholders

• monitoring compliance with safe working practices within your area of responsibility

We hope from you:

• previous experience in similar construction supervision tasks in construction or industrial projects
• suitable education

• a good understanding of site quality control and practical implementation
• good IT and reporting skills

• good English language skills

Accommodation and travel arrangements can be arranged through CMS upon separate agreement.
