HVAC Expert

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for experts for HVAC expert roles in industrial projects starting in the Satakunta region.

In this role, you will be responsible, on your part, for the monitoring, coordination, and technical support of works related to HVAC systems on the construction site. You will collaborate with contractors, design, site management, and other technical areas to ensure that the work progresses in accordance with plans and project requirements.

Your tasks include, among other things

• monitoring the progress and quality of HVAC installations on the construction site
• coordination of contractors' work within your area of responsibility

• reviewing technical plans, drawings, and other documentation
• coordination of technical questions and potential needs for changes on the construction site

• aligning interfaces with other technical areas
• supporting inspections, testing, and commissioning-related tasks

• documentation and reporting of construction site progress

We hope from you

• suitable education in building technology, HVAC technology, or other technical training
• previous experience in similar HVAC/LVI roles in construction or industrial projects

• a good understanding of HVAC systems and their implementation on the construction site
• good IT and reporting skills

• good English language skills
