CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for HSE Managers and HSE Supervisors for our client's industrial project in the Oulu region.
In this role, you will work as part of the project organization and be responsible, on your part, for monitoring and developing site safety and ensuring the implementation of HSE requirements. You will work in close cooperation with site management, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- monitoring and tracking site safety
- ensuring the implementation of safety practices and HSE requirements
- conducting safety observations and inspections on the site
- monitoring and documenting deviations, hazardous situations, and safety observations
- monitoring the safety activities of contractors
- participating in safety meetings and other HSE measures
- maintaining safety-related documentation and reporting
- cooperation with site management, contractors, and other project stakeholders
We hope from you:
- previous experience in similar HSE, occupational safety, or safety supervision roles in industrial projects
- a good understanding of site safety and safety practices
- good IT and reporting skills
- good English language skills
