Cost Controller

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for experts for Cost Controller positions for industrial projects starting in the Satakunta region.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with project management, procurement, and other project stakeholders to ensure that the cost situation and related changes are monitored in a timely manner.

Your tasks include, among others

• monitoring and reporting project costs
• maintaining cost forecasts and budget monitoring

• comparing actual costs to budget and forecasts
• identifying and monitoring cost variances

• monitoring changes and their cost impacts
• preparation of project cost reports and other financial monitoring

• collaboration with project management, procurement, and other project stakeholders

We hope from you

• previous experience in similar Cost Controller, cost monitoring, or project controlling tasks in construction or industrial projects
• a good understanding of project cost monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting

• good IT and reporting skills
• the ability to process and analyze financial project data

• good English language skills

Accommodation and travel arrangements can be arranged through CMS upon separate agreement.
