English Teacher (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Manager of the Automotive Pedagogical Unit, you will be in charge of teaching English from CAP to Baccalauréat Professionnel for apprentices at our training center in Angers. To this end, you will design courses and progressions, and build sessions using appropriate frameworks and pedagogical tools. You will ensure learner follow-up by evaluating their work and conducting visits to the host companies' sites. You will also participate in examinations (supervision, development, and grading of subjects). You will actively contribute to the operation and life of the training center: administrative and consultation tasks, team meetings, pedagogical projects, promotion of work-study programs, etc. Contract conditions:

• Executive status - Full-time (21 hours of face-to-face teaching per week)
• Remuneration: €2240 gross/monthly + 13th month
• Benefits: 12 weeks of leave, mutual insurance, meal vouchers

REQUIRED PROFILE:

You must hold a Master's degree in English or equivalent, as well as initial professional training experience. Ideally, you have already worked in a Centre de Formation d'Apprentis. Being enthusiastic by nature, you are committed to implementing adapted and innovative pedagogical methods to engage learners in your subjects. You know how to manage large groups by combining flexibility, authority, and differentiated pedagogy. You are familiar with diploma frameworks as well as the specificities of work-study training. Knowledge of the craftsmanship sector, VSEs (Very Small Enterprises), and their environment will prove to be an additional asset for this position.
