The RMC BFM group, the 3rd largest French private media group, relies on an editorial offering that combines the quality of national and regional continuous news with the richness of entertainment. The Group's Social Club is strengthening its team and recruiting an Editorial Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of the Social Club, to imagine, structure, and lead innovative editorial concepts, designed for social platforms and serving the development of our new digital channels and franchises.

Main Missions:

  • Define the editorial vision (in agreement with the teams) and roll it out by brand universe
  • Supervise the creation, testing, and optimization of new concepts (including packaging)
  • Lead editorial production and guarantee the quality of deliverables
  • Launch new channels and IP franchises in line with the group's strategy
  • Coordinate the editorial and creative teams related to the Social Club
  • Ensure editorial consistency across different platforms
  • Monitor and interpret editorial performance (KPIs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the alignment of the editorial strategy with the objectives of the group and the Social Club
  • Drive continuous innovation in formats and concepts (native formats for existing brands and new social-first brands)
  • Guarantee the successful launch of new channels and IP
  • Contribute to the satisfaction of audiences and internal partners
  • Maximize the commercial potential of concepts for the advertising department (formats designed to be sellable and integrable into brand deals)

  • Deep knowledge of platform-native formats
  • Knowledge of creative trends and web culture

Profile Sought:

  • Higher education (journalism, communication, media, CELSA, Sciences Po or equivalent)
  • Proven experience (8–10 years) in digital editorial management, including at least 5 years in management
  • Strong expertise in social platforms and their codes
  • Experience launching digital editorial projects (channels, IP, programs)
  • Fluent English
