We are looking for a Planner to strengthen our team, as part of the development of our activity in our Brussels branch.

MISSIONS:

  • Program and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Ensure coordination with flight operations to minimize flight schedule disruptions due to maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure it is carried out according to the plan.
  • Estimate the time and resources required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance.
  • Ensure coordination with various departments, such as engineering, quality control, and safety, to guarantee the compliance of all maintenance activities with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding planned maintenance and any schedule changes.
  • Ensure the control of maintenance file returns (Workpackage, TechLogs) before transmitting them to clients.

PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of a 2-year higher education degree (BTS ATI, BTS aéronautique).
  • Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations applicable to maintenance.
  • Proficiency in aviation maintenance management software (e.g., AMASIS, TRAX, OASES, Aerotrack, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Airbus World (AirNav X) and Boeing Toolbox.
  • Proficiency in the Office pack.
  • Good understanding of aeronautical technical documentation.
  • Sense of organization, rigor, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Knowledge of AMOS is desired.
  • Technical English (reading and speaking) is mandatory.
