MISSIONS

Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management Manager, you will ensure regulatory compliance and the performance of the quality system across all MRO sites, including outstations.

Your main missions:

  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of the quality, regulatory compliance, and safety system (Part 145).
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits (quality and safety), as well as the management of corrective actions.
  • Ensure documentary follow-up (MOE, manuals, procedures) and regulatory monitoring in connection with authority requirements (OSAC/DGAC).
  • Participate in the management of APRS authorizations and the follow-up of certified personnel files.
  • Support relations with supervisory authorities (OSAC/DGAC) and the management of certification evolutions.
  • Ensure the compliance of maintenance activities, including those performed by subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS): risk identification and assessment, follow-up of action plans, management of safety events, reporting, and facilitation of safety meetings.
  • Participate in the implementation of the QSE policy and the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Perform follow-up of QSE indicators, analyze non-conformities, and propose improvement actions.
  • Raise awareness and support teams regarding quality, safety, environment, and risk prevention requirements.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree in aeronautics, maintenance, or quality management
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in a Part 145 environment (maintenance, quality supervision)
  • Good knowledge of EASA Part 145 / Part M / CAMO / Part 66 regulations
  • Internal auditor certification or training (Part 145) is appreciated
  • Good level of English (reading procedures, audit reports)
  • Mobility: occasional travel (France and abroad)
