MISSION:

Based in Paris or Le Havre, you are in charge of the Commercial Direction Agencies France.

You define, implement, and develop the maritime commercial strategy in connection with the Regional Commercial Direction and the Head Office, and in relation to the other activities of the Group (Air Cargo, Ceva...).

You manage and develop the commercial activities of the 5 offices constituting the France Agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this capacity, reporting to the General Manager Agencies France, you are a member of the Management Committee and interact with the other Functional Directions.

You play a role as a driver for the unity of the France Agency through the homogeneous management of commercial activities (visits to offices and French Clients, coaching commercial managers in relation to the office managers in France).

In relation with the Head Office and the Lines, you coordinate relations, negotiations, and the commercial strategy for France.

You offer data-driven expertise with a customer-centric perspective at the national level in the development of complete go-to-market strategies. You analyze macroeconomic factors and purchasing trends to refine key market and customer segmentations.

You supervise, evaluate, and develop the commercial team distributed across the French territory. The commercial team is composed notably of Agency Managers, Commercial Managers, Trade Managers, Field Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Associates...

You are the guarantor of the commercial budget and the setting of CMA CGM brand objectives in France and ensure the achievement of results at the national level.

Based on the Group's strategy in terms of growth, investment, and diversification, you are a source of proposals for commercial development axes for the Agency and new market opportunities in maritime, inland, logistics, ICD, and infrastructure.

You ensure the improvement of commercial processes for the general improvement of the Quality of service provided to Clients.

Depending on the commercial topics handled, you have a representative role with official bodies (ports, CCI...).

PROFILE AND SKILLS:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management, or Logistics, you have more than 10 years of professional experience in a commercial function, ideally in maritime, and you have already managed and led large teams.

You have Leadership/Management qualities and know how to grasp the strategic dimension of the company. Your interpersonal skills, your capacity for persuasion, and your proactivity are major assets for successfully carrying out the missions of this position and, furthermore, you are bilingual in English.
