PROCUREMENT CUM HR ADMIN
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently.
- Manage procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Maintaining records of goods received and ordered.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers on purchases and negotiation of pricing from Singapore, Malaysia, China.
- Liaise with site managers to ensure materials are delivered as per the project schedule.
- Track delivery statuses and handle any issues related to late or incorrect deliveries.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation against supplier’s Statement of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Track and monitor order deliveries to ensure they arrive at the correct site on time and resolve any delivery issues.
- Arranges transfer of materials between project sites.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
- Assist with foreign worker pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via government portals for local compliance.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, post job listings on portals like MyCareersFuture, and assist with onboarding arrangements.
- Maintain physical and digital personnel files (P-Files), update HR databases, and ensure strict data confidentiality.
- Monthly payroll
- Basic account admin work - data entry with payments & invoices.
- Handle incoming calls, Email and any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.
- Process employee claims, manage leave records, and verify monthly payroll inputs or statutory contributions.
- Handle office procurement, answer general queries, and prepare standard HR letters or employment contracts.
- Operates automated color-matching and tinting machines to custom-mix paint colors based on customer swatches or code.
Qualifications / Job Requirement:
- Bachelor or Diploma in related field.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Administration/Construction industry.
- Knowledge of different types of steel, concrete, fasteners, piping, and architectural finishes.
- Familiarity with commercial-grade power tools, hand tools, rigging equipment, and safety gear (PPE).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- Fast-learner, disciplined, result-oriented.
- Able to work at construction site and outdoor condition.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts, which may include, weekends, public holidays.
