Clydesdale Inn Pizza is part of *Clydesdale Inn*, a local hospitality business featuring a pub, pizza kitchen, liquor store, and hotel. We are looking for an experienced and reliable *Part-Time Pizza Cook* to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
• Ensure pizzas are properly cooked and consistently prepared
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Prepare ingredients and assist with general kitchen duties
• Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Maintain proper food portions and quality standards
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Requirements

• *Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Pizza Cook*
• *Valid FoodSafe Certificate required*
• Previous restaurant, pub, or commercial kitchen experience is an asset
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Good attention to food quality and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available for *part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends*
