Your tasks

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Customer returns: processing return notes accurately, keeping the paperwork right and liaising with internal teams to get issues resolved quickly
• Parts / kit orders: receiving, entering and tracking orders so customers get what they need, when they need it
• Shipping coordination: preparing shipping documents, working with carriers and making sure goods go out on time
• Customer service: answering enquiries, giving order and product information, and escalating anything that needs it
• Supply chain support: helping with stock checks, order scheduling and keeping work flowing between departments

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, logistics or a similar admin role
• Organised, accurate and good with detail
• A confident communicator, on the phone and by email
• Happy to work as part of a team, but able to take ownership and get on with things
• Comfortable using IT systems and order processing software
• Manufacturing or engineering background helpful, but not essential
